The ACS Process: Disciplined & Complete

DMAIC

DMAIC stands for define, measure, analyze, improve and control. Conducting work in these phases allows us clearly identify tasks, monitor progress and quantify accomplishments. It also enables us to report - fully and accurately -- to you throughout our engagement.

DMADV

In some instances, organizations may altogether lack a business process necessary to meet its needs. That's where DMADV - define, measure, analyze, design and verify - applies. It is simply a means for designing new business processes.
